Private Order is our way of creating clothing that doesn’t exist until someone decides it should. When you place an order, it goes directly to our manufacturing partners in Italy. Production starts specifically for you. Your garment isn’t taken from stock, repackaged or relabelled. It begins from the start.
Every piece is made individually. That means it takes longer than buying something that’s already sitting in a warehouse. Usually around two to three weeks. But during that time, you’ll know exactly what’s happening. We’ll keep you updated as your order moves through production and shipping, so you’re never left wondering where it is.Instead of simply waiting for a parcel, you’ll watch your own piece move from production in Italy to your door.
This is also what makes Private Order different. Traditional retail works by producing large quantities first and hoping someone buys them later. We work the other way around. Production starts because you’ve already made your choice. That changes the entire process.

Private Order also gives us the freedom to work with specialised Italian manufacturers that normally don’t produce stock for retailers. Many of the products you’ll find here are made in workshops focused on craftsmanship rather than mass production. The result is simple.Less inventory. Less waste. More attention to every individual order.

Before production begins, our concierge team is available to answer questions, confirm details and help you choose the right product. Once production starts, we’ll stay with you until your order arrives. If anything unexpected happens along the way, we’ll take responsibility and make it right.
